WORK AROUND ART

This is a 500-meter office space in the Rehov Ha’arba’a towers for an investment company consisting of 25 employees.

The owners asked us to create a light and elegant space. In their work with clients, they convey professionalism, trust and confidence, and wanted their office-space to reinforce that feeling. In addition, it is a relatively young company with a small cherry-picked staff and the planning had to express the high quality of the team and take future growth into account.

The beauty of the raw space we received is reflected in the long west-facing façade overlooking the sea and the cultural heart of the city “The Leonard Bernstein – Philharmonic Square”. We placed the public spaces of the office along this frontage, to allow as many employees and visitors as possible to enjoy its beauty.

We used a light and bright color palate that blends perfectly with the colors of the sea and sky for the public spaces and conference rooms. To these, we added strong natural materials including marble, wood, light metals and the combination created a harmonious, delicate and airy space. The light and the view of Tel Aviv permeate into the offices and the inner areas of the space through glass partitions and light-colored curtains.

To add some contrast, in designing the restrooms, we used deep blue for the cladding, walls and ceiling. The shared kitchen is also more relaxed, with exposed concrete walls and oak. The bar height table can also be used for informal staff meetings.

The result is a modern, light-flooded airy office that conveys a relaxed classic yet meticulous aesthetic.
